Pink Ombre Nails
Earlier I posted a photo with blue ombre nails, and now I’ve done pink ombre nails. First I applied a hot pink polish. Second, I applied a light pink glitter in the middle of the nail in a dabbing motion. Lastly, I applied a darker pink glitter polish starting from the top of the nail, moving down in a dabbing motion.

Pink Fairy Eye Shadow
Check out the look my friend Chelsea did for NYE.
She used Urban Decay’s Primer Potion before applying the eye shadow, then used a Forever 21 Makeup palette. I can’t find the link online but I’m pretty sure you can find it in stores. Anyways, I was hesitant about the makeup at Forever 21- I wasn’t quite sure how the quality would be, but surprisingly the shadows worked really well and stayed on.

Sephora’s Temporary Lip Tattoos
For NYE, my friend and I decided to use these silver lip tattoos. It was so fun but unfortunately, it was a pain to put on- cutting it just right, trying to put them on, adjusting, etc. Mine went on pretty easily, but not so much for my friend. She ended not using them because they were such a pain! I really liked them but as the night went on, the sides of the templates were starting to peel off which was super annoying so I took them off altogether.
Whatever though, I still think they’re sick a.f.
Check em out here (comes in different patterns and designs too): http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P295486

"You feel like a real woman with red lipstick- Ali Ramos"
DIY: Home-Made Facial Masks/Scrubs for all skin types!
The one thing I love doing when I have spare time is making my own facial masks. Through natural ingredients such as sugar, honey, and oatmeal, you’re sure to have healthier and glowing skin.
1.) Egg Whites and Yogurt Mask (very soothing and moisturizing): All you need is two ingredients: 2 eggwhites and 2 tblespoons of plain yogurt. Mix and apply to face, leaving on for a few minutes, then rinse with warm water.
2.) Oatmeal and Yogurt Mask (rejuvenating and cleansing): 3 simple ingredients which are: 1 tbspoon oatmeal (finely grounded), 1 tbspoon plain yogurt (no flavored), a few drops of honey. Mix the yogurt and oatmeal together and then add warmed honey to the mix (warm a tablespoon up using hot water then pour honey onto it). Apply to face and leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
3.) White Sugar Scrub (works extremely well for ashy skin): All you need is 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of warm water! All you do is add sugar to warm water, and make sure its all dissolved before you apply it to your skin (doing so will prevent your skin from tearing). Gently massage onto your skin and rinse with warm water.
There’s no need for buying fancy facial masks, when you have all the natural ingredients at home! Your face will appreciate it :)

Want to make your lips smoother and look more full?

Get full lips easy:

1.) Take a toothbrush and lightly scrub your lips- this will scrape away any dead skin and leave your lips feeling super smooth.

2.) Apply a bit of concealer/lip concealer to your lips (a little goes a long way)

3.) Take a flesh tone lip liner and line right underneath your bottom lip (not on top of your lip) then line your top lip indention.

4.) most important step- Draw a line right down the middle of your bottom lip.

5.) Fill in your bottom lip sections in a lip color of your choosing, then fill in the top.

6.) Put a little bit of concealer on your pinky and dab it on your bottom lip (not the top)

7.) Then apply some lip gloss of your choosing just to your bottom lip

And bam, you’ve got fuller lips.

Ohh I like this NYE look too!!!

Ombre Nails.
Who says ombre is just for hair? It’s totally DIY: all you need is two shades of a color and a sponge. Plenty of ways to do it, but click on the photo for a tutorial
