Pink Fairy Eye Shadow Check out the look my friend Chelsea did for NYE. She used Urban Decay’s Primer Potion before applying the eye shadow, then used a Forever 21 Makeup palette. I can’t find the link online but I’m pretty sure you can find it in stores. Anyways, I was hesitant about the makeup at Forever 21- I wasn’t quite sure how the quality would be, but surprisingly the shadows worked really well and stayed on.
